For decades, we have been producing gherkin specialties here, such as the classic Spreewald pickled gherkins, our &#8220;Spreelinge,&#8221; fine cornichons, mustard, honey, or garlic gherkins, and other delicacies \u2013 depending on the season and taste. In seasonal operation, approximately 200 employees ensure the crisp green quality.
