Our Compliance Management System (CMS) is firmly anchored in the corporate organization and is managed by the Legal & Compliance department. This department works closely with all relevant specialist areas to effectively implement compliance in everyday operations. The CMS follows recognized standards such as IDW PS 980 and ISO 37301 and is tailored to the requirements of a medium-sized food manufacturer. <\/p>

The central fields of action include promoting a culture of integrity, clear compliance goals, regular risk analysis, the continuous development of relevant guidelines, regular training, and transparent reporting and communication channels. In this way, we create an environment in which responsible behavior is a matter of course and risks are identified at an early stage. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
